The India Today Group

Our setup here is a bit tucked away in Sector 22, Noida. You’ll find us at House No. G-5, right near the Gupta Tent House and the ESI Hospital. It’s on Chaura, so it’s easy enough to find if you know the landmark. We’re part of The India Today Group, but this specific spot is where Bhartendu Pathak and the rest of us handle the daily business. It’s not a shiny corporate tower like you might expect from the name. It’s more of a practical space where we can actually sit down and focus. There’s usually a lot going on with the news and magazines, so phones are always ringing and someone is always looking for a file. We’ve been in this part of U.P. for a bit now. The area around the hospital can get crowded, especially in the mornings, but we like being in the middle of a real neighborhood. It feels more grounded that way. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We’re more concerned with making sure the work gets sent out on time. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes a bit of stress, but that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with media. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road. Once you get here, it’s quieter than the rest of Noida. We’ve got desks pushed together and old filing cabinets that keep us grounded. We just do our bit and go home.
