The Human Resource Company is located in Sector 39, Noida, right inside the CCBL building. You have to look for Ashish Kumar’s name because we are care of him at this address. It is not a huge, flashy building with a big sign out front. It is a bit more tucked away than that. We spend our days doing exactly what our name says. Human resources involves a lot of talking to people and even more paperwork, so that is mostly what you will see if you visit us. We don't use any of those buzzwords that corporate people like to throw around. We just speak plain English and get to the point. Sector 39 is a decent area in UP, and it is pretty easy for us to get to work every day. The office itself is just a regular room with files and computers. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine or a lounge area. We just have our desks and our work. Ashish helps keep the place running, and we all just pitch in where we can.
