We are located at B-84 in Sector 31, Noida. It’s a fairly well-known building in this part of town, and we’ve been operating from here for quite a long time. Working at Tata Teleservices involves a lot of daily management to keep the telecom services running for the local area. It’s a busy environment with a lot of people working in different departments. Most of us are focused on things like customer accounts, technical support, and making sure the network stays stable. It isn't a job with much glamour. It’s mostly about solving problems as they come up throughout the day. The office has a very regular feel to it, with standard desks and a lot of computer screens. We don't use a lot of big words or grand mission statements. We just show up and do the work that’s expected of us. Sector 31 is a good place to be, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We take our work seriously because we know people rely on these services to stay connected. When there’s a problem, we just get to work fixing it without making a big deal out of it. It’s a steady, practical workplace where we all just try to do our bit every day. It’s a lot of coordination, but we’ve got a good system in place and we do our best to keep things running for the local community.
