You can find us at H-244 in Sector-22, which is right in the middle of Noida, India, India. We focus on jobs and helping people find where they fit in the working world. The building is a standard one for this area, nothing too special to look at, but it works for what we need. Inside, it’s usually quite busy with people coming in to check on openings or drop off their details. We don't use a lot of complicated words to describe what we do. Basically, we just look at what skills someone has and see if there is a company that needs those skills. It involves a lot of phone calls and looking through lists. Sector-22 is a lively place, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We have a few desks and some filing cabinets, and that is about it. We don't like making things more complicated than they have to be. People just want to work, and companies just want good staff. We try to be the bridge between those two things. It’s a small operation here at H-244, and we like it that way because it lets us actually talk to the people who come in. We aren't some massive corporate agency; we are just a local Noida outfit doing our part in the job market without any unnecessary fuss or polish.
