Being part of Sahara India Media & Entertainment here in New Delhi means things are always moving. Our correspondence address is in the city, and that’s where the bulk of our administrative life happens. Delhi is a huge place, and the media scene here is even bigger, so we’re just one part of that whole machine. We deal with a lot of different aspects of entertainment and media. Some days it feels like we are just moving mountains of paperwork from one side of the desk to the other. Other days, things are more exciting when a new project starts up. We don't have a polished, corporate story to tell. We’re just a bunch of people working in an office in India’s capital. The traffic outside is usually a mess, and the weather is either too hot or too dusty, but the office is where we get things done. We handle a lot of mail and messages for the company. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the right people get the right information at the right time. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. It’s just media and entertainment, plain and simple. We’ve been around for a while and we’ve seen the industry change a lot, but our daily routine stays pretty much the same. We show up, check the mail, handle the projects, and keep the wheels turning. It is just the way things go in the busy Delhi media world.
