If you find yourself over at C-311 in Sector 19, Noida, you'll probably see our sign hanging near the entrance. We just call the place Recruitment because that’s exactly what we do all day long, and it keeps things simple for everyone. It's a pretty basic setup we have here. We deal with a lot of people looking for work and companies that can’t seem to find the right staff on their own. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking for a break. Sector 19 is a good spot for us since it’s easy for people to get to from the metro. We have a lot of conversations every day about skills, experience, and what kind of pay people are looking for. It gets busy, especially on Monday mornings when everyone seems to be looking for a new start. We don't use any fancy software to pick names from a hat; we mostly just read through the papers ourselves and talk to the applicants face to face. It feels more real that way. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the power flickers, but we just keep at it. It’s just us trying to help fill some empty seats in offices around the city. We’ve been in this building for some time and the neighbors know us by now. It’s a plain business, no frills, just working through piles of applications and making phone calls.
