Recruitment Firm

We are located in Sector 55 of Noida, right near the Indian Oil Building at Site-2. It is a decent spot, easy enough for people to find once they get into the sector. We have been working out of A-129 for some time now. Dealing with recruitment means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are nervous, some are excited, and some are just looking for a change. We do not try to act like some big corporate machine. We are just a group of people trying to help other people find where they fit in. Noida is full of offices, so there is always something happening around here. It gets a bit loud with the construction and traffic sometimes, but you get used to it. Our office is pretty basic, no marble floors or anything, just desks and computers. We spend a lot of time reading through resumes and calling folks up to see if they are actually interested in the roles we have. It is a lot of coordination. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes they do not, that is just how it goes. We try to be real with people about what to expect. There is no point in sugarcoating things. If a job is tough, we say so. We like the local vibe of Sec-55 and plan to stay here as long as we can. It is a steady life and we are happy to be doing it every day.
