At Panoptical Consultancy, we operate out of Metro Apartments, specifically 37D in Pocket A-5 of Sector 71, Noida. It is basically a home office setup, so it feels very personal when you come by. We have neighbors living right next door, so we try to keep things quiet and professional. We do a lot of consulting work, which mostly means sitting at our computers and talking to people on the phone. The space is filled with files and a couple of old desks we’ve had since we started. It’s not a flashy environment, but it serves us well. We started this because we wanted to do things our own way without all the corporate noise. Noida is always changing, and being in Sector 71 puts us in a good spot to see everything happening. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of dedicated people who know what they are doing. Most of our day is spent solving problems and keeping track of various projects. We don't have any grand statements to make about what we do. It’s just honest work from a small room in a residential building. We appreciate the people who call us up and trust us with their questions. That’s really all there is to it for us as a team.
