Hr Consultancy

We are an Hr Consultancy based out of Noida. Our office is situated in one of the many blocks here, and if you’ve ever spent time in Noida, you know how the sectors all start looking the same after a while. It’s a dry, dusty kind of place, especially in the summer months when the sun is relentless. We don't have a massive signage or anything fancy. It’s just a functional space where we handle the day-to-day business of recruitment and consulting. Most of our mornings are spent going through resumes and calling people up. It’s a lot of talking. We have a small table in the corner where we keep the kettle for coffee and tea. We don't have any formal dress codes or big corporate rules that don't make sense. It’s just about getting the work done so we can go home. The office gets a bit cramped when we have a few people visiting at once, but we make do. We usually talk about the commute or the latest weather report while we’re waiting for files to load. It’s a very normal, plain office. There are no ping-pong tables or bean bags here, just desks and filing cabinets. We focus on the practical side of things. When the day ends, we just shut down the computers, turn off the lights, and merge back into the Noida evening traffic. It’s simple and honest work we do here.
