We’re located at number 76 in Gandhi Bhavan, right here in Aligarh. It’s a well-known building in this part of town. Working for Hcl Technologies from an office like this gives us a different perspective than if we were in a huge tech park in a metro city. Aligarh has its own rhythm, and we’re part of it. The office is a practical space where we handle tech support and various IT tasks. It’s not a place for flashy lights or fancy carpets. We have our desks, our systems, and a lot of work that needs attention. Most of us have been living in Uttar Pradesh for years, so we understand how things work here. We spend our time troubleshooting, coding, or just making sure systems don't crash. It’s steady work. We don't use corporate jargon to describe what we do. If a computer is broken, we say it’s broken. If a project is running late, we just put in more hours. We’ve had some hot summers here where the fans were barely enough, but we keep the work moving regardless. It’s a straightforward environment. We focus on the details and try to be honest about what we can achieve each day. People around Gandhi Bhavan know us, and we like being part of the local community while doing this kind of technical work. It’s just a group of people doing their jobs the best they can.
