Construction

Our little construction setup is located at P-17 in Sector-12, Noida. We've been doing this for about 2.7 years now. It hasn't always been easy, but we’ve managed to keep things moving. The office itself is a bit small and often filled with rolls of blueprints and samples of materials. It’s not the kind of place that looks very professional or polished. There’s usually some dust on the shelves and the chairs are a bit worn out. That’s just the reality of being in the construction business in a place like Noida. We spend a lot of our time out at different sites, so the office is mostly a place to handle the paperwork and take phone calls. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions for us. It’s just us trying to make sure the projects stay on track. Sector-12 is a good central location for us. We can get to most parts of the city pretty quickly from here. Over the last 2.7 years, we’ve learned a lot about how things work on the ground. Some days are long and stressful, and other days things go surprisingly smooth. We don't try to sugarcoat anything. It’s hard work and it can be messy. If you come by P-17, you’ll see we’re just regular people trying to do a decent job with the tools we have. We aren't a giant corporation, just a small group in a small office. We just get on with it.
