Aviva Life Insurance

This is the Aviva Life Insurance branch at A-127 in Sector-15, Noida. It’s a standard office where we spend our time talking to people about their insurance needs. Life insurance is one of those things that involves a lot of forms and explaining things clearly. We sit at our desks, answer the phones, and meet with people who walk in. Sector-15 is a familiar area for us, and the office is easy to get to. We don't use any complicated sales pitches here. We just show what the different plans are and let people decide what works for their families. There are usually stacks of paper on the desks and a few chairs for visitors. It’s a very grounded kind of job. We see people from all walks of life coming through that door. Some are worried about the future and others just want to get their paperwork out of the way. We try to be helpful without being pushy. It’s a quiet office for the most part, except when the phones are ringing a lot. We’ve been at this Noida location for quite a while. Our daily routine is mostly about checking details and making sure everyone’s information is correct in the system. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one person at a time. We don't pretend to be anything more than a local office helping out with insurance. We just do our work.
