Our building is A-164 in Sector-19 of Noida. It is a very standard office block and we occupy a good part of it. When you come inside you will see that we are very busy people. There are monitors everywhere and the sound of typing is constant. We do a lot of staffing and technical support stuff. It is the kind of work that requires you to stay focused for long hours. We have a small break room but most of us just eat at our desks while we talk. The air conditioning is a bit temperamental so some days it is freezing and other days we are all sweating. We have tried to get the landlord to fix it but it is a slow process. We have a few plants near the windows that are struggling a bit because we forget to water them sometimes. It is just a very real and busy office environment. We do not have a big PR team or people to write fancy letters for us. We just handle our business directly. If a client calls they talk to one of us not a machine. We like the personal touch even if it means things are a bit chaotic at times. Noida is a fast-growing place and we are just trying to keep up with the pace. We have some good people here who have stayed for years. That says something I think.
