Our office is located at H No - 4-84/10 in the Kakatiya Nagar Colony. This is over in Devanpally, near Kamareddy. We are mostly focused on getting people where they need to go. We have a few vehicles and some drivers who have been with us for years. The main part of the job is just managing the schedule and making sure the cars are clean and the fuel tanks are full. Travel is always unpredictable. A road might be closed or a tire might go flat, so we have to be ready to change plans quickly. I spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to people who want to book a trip or checking in with my drivers to see where they are. We don't have a big corporate setup; it's just a small desk and a couple of chairs for when customers come in to pay. We know the routes around Kamareddy like the back of our hands. Whether it’s a short trip to the market or a long drive to the next city, we just try to be reliable. We don't promise anything fancy, just a seat in a car that runs well. Sometimes the rainy season makes the drives much longer than they should be, but we just deal with it. It’s a lot of waiting around for the next phone call, but when it rings, we’re ready to move. We just want to keep the cars on the road and the passengers happy.
