We’ve been running these buses out of Subashnagar in Armoor for quite some time now. Our place is at H No: 4-6-73/7. It’s basically just a yard where we keep the vehicles and a small room for the paperwork. Most of our work comes from local weddings or people needing to go on a pilgrimage. It's a lot of coordination, making sure the drivers are awake and the buses are fueled up. Sometimes a bus breaks down on the road, and then I have to spend half the night on the phone or driving out to fix it. That's just how it goes in this business. My family helps out with the booking side of things. We don't have a big website or a call center. Usually, people just come to the house or call my mobile number. The neighbors are used to the sound of engines warming up early in the morning. We try to keep the buses clean, but the dusty roads around here make it hard. It’s a constant battle with the sponges and buckets. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of coaches. Just a few reliable ones that get the job around Armoor done. It’s a decent way to make a living, even if it means I don’t get much sleep during the wedding season. We just take the bookings as they come and try to stay on schedule as best as we can.
