Sri Gnana Saraswathi Farmers Producer Company Limited is situated in Basar Village and Mandal. Our main office is at H. No. 4-80 in Venkateshwara Colony. Being in Basar, everyone knows the temple and the area is quite famous for that, but we focus on the farming side of things. This is a producer company started by farmers from around the mandal. We spend our days dealing with agricultural issues and trying to get better supplies for our members. The colony is a nice place to have our base. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. People around here know who we are. We just handle the seeds, the fertilizers, and the paperwork that comes with being a registered company. It’s a lot of responsibility to keep everything organized for all the farmers involved. Sometimes we meet under a tree and sometimes we meet at the house in Venkateshwara Colony. It depends on what we are doing. We just want to see the crops do well so everyone has enough at the end of the year. There’s no secret to it, just hard work and keeping an eye on the weather. If someone stops by, we usually have time for a quick talk about the season. That’s just how we operate here in Basar. It’s been this way for a while now and we hope to keep it going.
