Yellow Kart.In

Yellow Kart.In is located at Talhata Gayatri Puram 94. Even though we have a name that sounds like a big online website, we’re actually just a local group working out of a small place in Gayatri Puram. We handle a lot of different orders and try to get things sent out to people as fast as we can. The space is filled with boxes and packing tape, and it’s usually a bit of a scramble to get everything sorted before the courier comes in the afternoon. We started this a couple of years ago because we wanted to see if we could make a go of it on our own. It’s been a learning process, that’s for sure. We’ve had days where the power goes out and we’re stuck waiting, and other days where we can’t keep up with the orders. We don't have a big corporate board or any investors. It's just us at number 94. We keep things pretty simple. If something is in stock, we pack it and send it. If it’s not, we have to call the supplier and wait. It’s a lot of time spent on the computer and on the phone. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sound bigger than we are. We’re just a small team in Talhata trying to build something. It’s hard work, but we’re slowly getting the hang of it. We hope to stick around for a long time. It’s not always easy, but we just keep going.
