Wagamuffins Foundation

Wagamuffins Foundation is tucked away on the 4th floor at 11 Lovelock Place. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, which happens sometimes, but we like it up here. It gives us a bit of a view of what's going on outside while we work. We aren't a massive organization with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to make sense of our daily lists. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and coffee mugs, but we know where everything is. We chose this spot because it was available and it felt right for what we wanted to do. People sometimes ask about the name, and we just tell them it’s what we picked. We don't spend a lot of money on advertising or trying to look like a huge corporation. Most of our work is pretty straightforward stuff that needs attention every day. We handle things as they come in. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, and other times it’s a bit quieter. We just want to be useful. Being on the 4th floor keeps us out of the direct noise from the street, but we’re still right in the middle of things. It’s a good balance for us. We just keep our heads down and try to do a decent job with the foundation’s tasks. Nothing more, nothing less.
