Finding us in Laxmi Nagar can be a bit of a challenge if you don't know the lanes. We are tucked away in Gali number 6, at J-224 in the J-Extension. It is a typical East Delhi neighborhood where the buildings are close together and there is always something happening. We have a small setup here. It is not a place for showing off. We mostly deal with cooling systems and electrical repairs for the houses and small shops around here. Most of the people who come to us are neighbors or people who live a couple of streets over. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the work. We keep things very informal. You walk in, tell us what’s wrong, and we see when we can get to it. Some days are much busier than others, especially when the weather turns hot and everyone's equipment starts acting up at the same time. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sell you things you don't need. That’s not how we do things in Laxmi Nagar. We just want to do a solid day's work and go home. Our space is a bit cramped with parts and boxes, but we know where everything is. It’s an honest way to live and we’ve been part of this street for quite some time now. We just do the best we can every day to keep things working.
