We are located over in Gwalior, in a place called Darpan Colony which is part of the Thatipur and Morar area. Our address is E.W.S. 517. It is a residential kind of neighborhood, so we are surrounded by families and local folks. We have been working out of this spot for a good while now. We handle a lot of the standard cooling and electrical work that people need in this part of Madhya Pradesh. The summers here get incredibly hot, so that is usually our busiest time. We are not a big, polished company with a lobby or a fancy entrance. Our workspace is pretty basic and practical. We spend most of our time out on calls or fixing things that people have brought in. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. We don't bother with corporate talk or trying to look bigger than we are. We are just a local business trying to do honest work. Sometimes things get a bit messy in the shop when we have a lot of projects going on at once. We just try to be straightforward with people. If we can fix it, we will. If it’s going to take a week to get a part, we tell you that. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s kept us in business here in Darpan Colony for a long time. It feels right to be part of the community.
