We operate out of Rao Umrao Bhawan on the Old Delhi Gurgaon Road. It’s in the Kapashera area. If you know the road, you know it stays busy almost all the time. We’ve been here for several years now. Our focus is mainly on providing security staff for businesses and residential blocks. It’s a lot of responsibility. We spend our days checking applications and talking to clients on the phone. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just some chairs, a few computers, and a lot of paperwork piled up. Security is a business where you have to be ready for anything. If there’s a problem at a site at midnight, one of us has to get up and deal with it. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us making sure the guards are on time and the clients are happy enough. Kapashera has changed a lot since we opened. Lots more people and more buildings. We’ve grown a bit too, but we still handle things the same way. We prefer talking to people face-to-face. It’s better than sending emails all day. If you’re in the area and need some help with security, you can usually find someone in the office during the day. We’re just regular people trying to run a honest business. It can be tiring, but it's what we know how to do best.
