We have been operating Zeb Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. out of our office at G-15 in Shaheen Bagh for some time now. If you know the Kalindi Kunj Road area, you know how busy it gets with all the traffic and people moving around. Our day usually starts pretty early, trying to coordinate with the cleaning staff and the maintenance crews before they head out to different sites. It is not a fancy setup here, just a regular office where we handle the paperwork and talk to the guys about their shifts. Managing a building or a facility takes a lot of small steps that people do not usually see. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking if the supplies arrived or if a repair was finished on time. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or someone not showing up, and we just have to figure it out right then. Shaheen Bagh is a lively place to work, and being right on the main road means there is always something happening outside our window. We do not have any big speeches about what we do. It is mostly just making sure the floors are swept, the lights are working, and the places we look after stay in decent shape for the people using them. It is honest work and keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down over the Yamuna.
