Hoshi Guards Pvt. Ltd. is located over at E-12/A in Mittal Farms, which is part of the Pul Pehlad Pur area. Being right off M.B. Road means we deal with a lot of dust and the constant sound of trucks passing by. Our office is a simple place where we interview new guards and hand out uniforms. Security work is mostly about being present and staying awake when everyone else is sleeping. We spend a lot of our time making sure the boys are at their posts and that they have what they need for the night. It gets quiet in the office during the middle of the day, but then it picks up when the shift changes happen. We have been in this part of town for a while, so we know the local streets and the shortcuts pretty well. There is no corporate ladder here, just a small team trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the weather makes the job hard, especially during the monsoon or the peak of summer, but the work has to get done anyway. We keep track of the registers and make sure the torches have batteries. It is basic stuff, but if you do not do the basics right, everything else falls apart. People around here know us as the guys who are always around, checking the gates and making sure the locks are secure.
