Our retail operations are handled from L-48, which is on Street No: 01 and Row No: 01 in Mahipalpur Extension. We are on the ground floor, which makes it a lot easier for us to move stuff in and out throughout the day. Mahipalpur Extension is a busy area, and being in the first row means we see a lot of the traffic that comes through here. This location for Vishal Retail isn't a fancy shopping mall. It’s more of a back-end spot where we manage the inventory and the practical side of the business. The floors are hard and the space is filled with boxes and racks. There isn't much in the way of decoration, just the basics that we need to stay organized. It gets pretty dusty because of all the construction and the traffic nearby, so we are always cleaning something. The staff here is just a bunch of regular people who know how to handle the stock and keep track of the numbers. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just show up, move the items that need moving, and make sure the records are right. It’s a lot of physical work and it can be tiring by the end of the shift.
