We are located at No. 51 in the L. S. C. of J-Block over in Vikaspuri. Beta Surgicare Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a while. It’s a busy local shopping complex, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We deal with surgical supplies and medical equipment, which means we have to be pretty careful about how we handle things. The boxes are heavy and we have to keep everything very clean. Our day usually starts with checking orders that came in overnight. It’s a lot of lifting and moving crates around the storage area. We aren't a big corporate office with carpets and glass walls; it’s more of a working warehouse vibe here. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it’s just the sound of tape dispensers as we pack up shipments. Vikaspuri is a good location for us because it’s easy for transport vehicles to get in and out, mostly. We don’t really use big words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just supply the tools that doctors and hospitals need to do their jobs. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Most of the staff here live nearby, so we’ve got a good little team that knows the routine. We just focus on getting the right items into the right boxes and making sure they get where they are supposed to go on time.
