Rdm India is located in Pocket-F, 250B of the DDA LIG Flats in Dilshad Garden, Delhi. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter here than in the commercial hubs of the city. Our office is basically an apartment, which makes it a very relaxed place to work. We have desks set up in the main rooms, and the kitchen is where we make way too much chai every afternoon. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood, like people talking in the park or the occasional car alarm. We handle various private limited company tasks from here. It is mostly computer work and keeping track of different files. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of storage boxes for all the old records. We don't have a fancy conference room, so if we need to talk about something, we just pull up a chair around whoever's desk is biggest. The commute for most of us is easy since we take the metro to Dilshad Garden and then a short walk. It's a very practical way to run a business without the high costs of a big office building. We’ve been in this flat for several years now, and the neighbors are used to us being here. It’s a steady, quiet environment where we can just focus on the tasks at hand without many distractions. We keep things moving along at our own pace.
