Vijay Plaster & Hardware Store

Our store is at number 2753 on the Main Patel Nagar Road. If you are coming by the metro, we are right near Pillar number 206. It makes it easy to tell people where to go. We sell hardware and plaster. The shop is usually crowded with bags of POP and boxes of nails and screws. It can get a bit disorganized during the busy morning hours when the contractors come in to pick up supplies for their sites. We try to keep things where we can find them, but sometimes a box of hinges ends up under a pile of sandpaper. My family has been around Patel Nagar for years. The shop isn't very large, so we have to stack things high up toward the ceiling. You have to be careful walking through the aisles. We get a lot of dust from the plaster bags, so everything has a thin white coating on it. That’s just part of the business. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just walk in or call us when they need a specific size of bolt or a few bags of cement. The traffic on Patel Nagar Road can be a nightmare in the evenings. Usually, we are here from early morning until the sun goes down. We just sell what people need to fix their houses or finish their building projects. It's simple work but it keeps us busy every day. We don't want much else.
