Vidhi Group Service

Our office is in room 303 at Vardhman B.P. Plaza. It’s located at Plot No. 1 in Sector-5, Dwarka. It’s a nice enough building with a lot of other businesses around. We’ve been in Dwarka for a while now. We provide various services, mostly focusing on security and manpower. It’s a busy job because people are always moving in and out of these sectors. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with our staff at different locations. The plaza can get a bit crowded during the day, but we like it here. It’s easy for our workers to reach us by metro or bus. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of managers. It's just a small team of us in the office. We try to be fair with everyone who works for us. Security work can be boring for the guards, so we try to check in on them often. My uncle started this and then I joined in a few years back. We don't do much advertising. Mostly, people hear about Vidhi Group from other business owners in Sector-5. We just try to provide what people ask for without making it complicated. It's a simple way of working. We keep our records in order and make sure the shifts are covered. Sometimes the lift in the plaza is slow, but we don't mind the stairs.
