Veena Gusain Memorial Foundation

We are based in Pitampura at the Mandakini Apartment complex. It is a quiet residential area for the most part. R Gusain started this group here in unit A-14 a while back. We just try to handle local things under the Veena Gusain Memorial Foundation name. Our office is not a big corporate space or anything fancy. It is just a couple of rooms where we sit and talk about what needs to be done. Neighbors sometimes stop by to ask about our projects. We do not have glossy brochures or a big team of experts. It is just a few of us who live nearby. We spend our days looking at small issues that affect the people in our block. Living in Pitampura means you see the same people every day at the market. That makes the work feel a lot more personal to us. We try to keep things very simple. If there is a problem close by, we see if we can help out. Being in an apartment building means we are always close to the community. It is not like working in a glass tower downtown. We have some basic desks, a lot of files, and we drink a lot of tea. Mostly, we want to honor the name on our door by being useful to others. Some days are slow and some are busy. We do not really follow a strict corporate schedule. It is more about when things come up.
