Ved Makar Dhawaj Clinic

We are situated right near the Community Centre in Nangal Raya. It’s a good spot because the community centre always has something going on, so people are always passing by our door. The clinic isn’t very large; it’s basically a couple of rooms where we do our consultations and keep our supplies. Nangal Raya has its own character, a bit crowded and busy, but in a friendly way. Our clinic is just a small part of that. We have some chairs for people to sit on while they wait, and a desk where we handle the notes. It’s not exactly a quiet place because you can hear the kids playing outside or the announcements from the community centre, but we don't mind it much. We deal with various health issues that people bring to us throughout the day. The interior is pretty plain, just what we need to get the job done. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big advertisements. People usually just see our sign when they’re going to the market or the centre and decide to stop in. It’s a local operation, run by people who live nearby. We like being a part of the neighborhood and just providing a basic service to the folks who live in this part of Delhi. It gets a bit hectic when the weather is bad or during local festivals, but we manage to stay open and keep things moving along for everyone.
