Qaulity Care

Located in Vasant Kunj at Pocket II, Sector D, our space is tucked away in 2391. It’s a quiet residential pocket of New Delhi, which makes it a nice place to work from. We call ourselves Qaulity Care, and we’ve been operating out of this address for a while. It doesn’t feel like a big office at all; it feels more like a house that’s been converted into a work area. We have a few desks squeezed into the main room and some shelves for our supplies. The neighborhood is full of trees and families, so it isn't as loud as the commercial districts. We don't have any neon signs or big branding. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just knowing we are here. Inside, it's pretty casual. We wear comfortable clothes and sometimes have the radio playing in the background. We don't have a formal reception area, so when someone rings the bell, one of us just gets up to answer the door. It's a very small-scale operation. We spend our time answering phone calls and coordinating things on our clipboards. There isn't any fancy tech here, just the basics we need to stay organized. We like it this way because it feels more personal and less like a cold institution. It’s just a group of us working in a regular house, trying to stay on top of our daily chores and help out. We make a lot of tea and keep the files organized.
