Private Practise

My private practise is based out of the New Lawyers Chambers at the Supreme Court of India in New Delhi. I am located in chamber number 223. It is a very busy place to be, as you can probably imagine. There is always someone running down the halls with a stack of papers or groups of people talking in the corridors. My chamber is quite small, but it has everything I need to get through the day. I have got shelves full of legal volumes and a desk that has definitely seen better days. It is not a fancy law firm with glass walls and expensive rugs on the floor. It is a working office for someone who spends a lot of time in court hearings. I handle all my own scheduling and the research work. It can get pretty loud during the peak hours of the day when the courts are in session and people are moving around. I have been here for a good while now, so I am used to the fast pace. I do not have a big marketing team or a polished website to show off. Most of my work comes from years of being around the legal circles here in Delhi. When I am not in court, I am usually right here at my desk drinking tea and reading through files. It is a very direct and simple way of working. If you are coming to the Supreme Court complex, just find the right chamber.
