Vbri Foundation

Vbri Foundation is tucked away in the basement of Block 07, at number 16. We are located in Kalkaji Extension, which is a pretty well-known part of South Delhi. Being in the basement has its pros and cons. It stays much cooler when the sun is beating down on Delhi, but we don't get much of a view. It’s a functional space, mostly filled with desks and a lot of documents. The address is 110019, and the neighborhood is always humming with activity. You can hear people talking outside and cars moving in the lanes. We aren’t a big, fancy foundation with a glass building. We just operate out of this basement because it works for us. Our daily routine involves a lot of sitting and planning out our various foundation activities. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. There’s a small kitchen area where we make coffee to keep us going. Kalkaji is a busy place, and there is always something happening right outside our door. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and the locals are used to seeing us. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don’t spend money on expensive decorations or anything. We just use what we have to get the foundation’s work done every day. It’s just a group of us trying to stay organized.
