Our company, Zaibun Nisha Medical Instrument Pvt. Ltd., is based in Vasant Vihar. It’s a well-known part of town and we’ve been here for a good amount of time. We deal with all sorts of medical instruments that hospitals and doctors use for their patients. The office isn't anything fancy; it’s mostly filled with desks, metal cabinets, and a lot of technical manuals. We spend our mornings going through emails and checking our inventory levels. Dealing with medical tools requires a lot of attention to detail because you can't afford to send the wrong piece. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job pretty well. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to suppliers and customers. Vasant Vihar is a nice area to work in, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We don't really go in for big marketing campaigns or flashy logos. We just rely on the fact that we have the instruments people are looking for.
