Our office is at HS-38 in South Delhi, right in the 110048 zip code area. It’s a central spot for us to manage the different properties we look after. We don’t have a huge team or a lot of expensive furniture. It’s just a regular office where we do the work of a real estate firm. We spend most of our time dealing with the local houses and apartments around this part of town. People often come to us when they are tired of looking at listings online that don't match reality. We try to give them the actual details without any fluff. If a place is small, we call it small. If the street is noisy, we mention it. We think it’s better that way so nobody’s time is wasted. South Delhi can be a tough market, with prices going up and down all the time. We just try to keep up with the trends and keep our records straight. Our day-to-day involves a lot of site visits and talking to lawyers about title deeds. It’s not very glamorous, but it’s how things get done. We’ve been in this building for some time and most of the neighbors know what we do. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to do a decent job for the people who walk through our door. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening.
