Renaissance Reality

We are located over at 139 A in Arjun Nagar, right in the Kotla Mubarakpur area. It's a bit of a crowded neighborhood with narrow streets, but we like it that way. Being here keeps us close to everything happening on the ground. We started Renaissance Reality because we knew the area well and wanted to work for ourselves. The office isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. Mostly, we deal with local flats and some commercial spots that open up around Kotla. It can get a bit noisy with the street traffic and the neighbors, but you get used to it after a week or so. We don't spend much on big ads. Most of our work comes from people walking in or hearing about us from someone else in the building. Dealing with property can be a real headache for people, so we just try to explain things clearly. We aren't into that high-pressure sales stuff you see on TV. It doesn't work well around here anyway. We spend a lot of our time checking out new listings and making sure the titles are clear. Sometimes the paperwork takes way longer than we expected, but that's just how it goes in this business. If you are near Arjun Nagar, you can stop by and see us. We are usually around during the day.
