Castle 9 & Knight

We are located right in the middle of things at Connaught Place, specifically at Cannaught Circus B 45/47. If you know CP, you know it's always crowded and there’s always something going on right outside our doors. The space we have is quite big, but it still feels packed on a Saturday night when the music is going loud. We spend a lot of time rearranging the tables to fit bigger groups that just show up without calling ahead. The kitchen staff works hard back there, and you can hear them shouting orders when it gets really hectic in the evenings. We’ve had some issues with the plumbing because these old CP buildings are tricky to maintain, but we manage somehow. The decor has been the same for a while now; it’s got that specific look that people seem to recognize. Some of our waiters have been here for years and they know the whole menu by heart. It’s not a quiet place, that’s for sure. We get a lot of office workers coming in after they finish their shifts, looking for a place to sit down for a bit before heading home. It’s a lot of managing the crowd and making sure everyone gets their drinks on time. We just keep going, day after day, trying to keep the place running smooth despite the general chaos of the city outside our walls.
