V. Guard Security Services

We started V. Guard Security Services because we knew this part of Uttam Nagar pretty well. Our office is at B-8 in Gali No. 3, right in Rajapuri. It’s not a huge place, just a regular office where we handle the day-to-day stuff. Most of our work is just organizing guards for different spots around here. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy with all the traffic and people moving around, but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to guys looking for work. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we do. We’ve lived around here for a long time, so we know the shortcuts and the local shops. When people come to B-8, they usually just want to know if we have someone reliable to stand at their gate or watch their property. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that. It’s mostly just us sitting around the desk, checking schedules and making sure everyone showed up where they were supposed to. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a guard can’t make it, we have to scramble to find someone else. That’s the main part of the job really, just managing people and making sure the spots are covered. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Rajapuri over the years.
