We are based in Uttam Nagar at G-1/69. If you know this area, you know how busy the streets can be with the rickshaws and the crowds. Our space is tucked into the ground floor, which makes it easy to move things in and out. It’s mostly just a warehouse and a small area for us to sit and do the paperwork. We deal with various pharmaceutical products every day. The office isn't very big, so we have to be smart about how we stack the boxes. Sometimes it feels like we are living in a maze of cardboard. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone comes to the door, one of us just gets up to see what they need. It’s a very informal way of working. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the distributors and the local shops. The power cuts in Uttam Nagar can be a bit frequent, so we have a backup battery for the computer. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes, but we’ve managed to stay in business here for a long time. We just keep things moving and don't worry too much about being perfect. It’s a real, local operation. When the market is in full swing, it can be hard to even walk on the street outside. But we like the energy. We’ve been here long enough to feel like part of the furniture.
