Inbios India is located at C-48 on the upper ground floor in Sewak Park, which is part of the Uttam Nagar area. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of narrow streets and people always on the move. We work out of this space, focusing on various diagnostic and biological products that labs use. The office isn't very big, so we have to be smart about how we stack our boxes and organize our supplies. We spend a lot of time checking temperatures and making sure everything is stored the way it should be in the fridges. It is just a few of us here, and we usually have the radio playing in the background while we work through the orders. Uttam Nagar has its own vibe, and we have grown used to the sounds of the metro and the markets nearby. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anyone to answer the door in a uniform. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. We started this because we knew a bit about the industry and saw a way to make a living for ourselves. It involves a lot of reading tiny labels and double-checking the order forms before they go out. Sometimes we have a lot of people walking in, and other days it is just us and the delivery guys. We don't use big words or try to sound like a giant corporation.
