We operate Upvan Realty LLP from Plaza M6 in the Jasola District Centre. Our office is 3H, which is a manageable little space in a pretty busy part of town. Jasola is a hub for a lot of different businesses, so we get a good mix of people dropping by. Unlike some of the bigger firms in the plaza, we keep things pretty low-key. We handle real estate transactions, but we do it in a way that’s more about personal conversation than corporate protocols. The office has what we need—some computers, a phone that rings quite a bit, and a table for meetings. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather focus on keeping our records straight and knowing the market prices in the district centre. It can get a bit hectic in Jasola with all the offices around, but we’ve found our rhythm here. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch. We just provide the facts about the properties we have on our books. If someone needs an office space or a residential flat nearby, we show them what we’ve got. It’s a straightforward business model. We’ve been at Plaza M6 for a while now and most of the security guards and shop owners know us by name. It’s a decent way to work, being part of the local business community without all the extra fluff.
