Unnayanbharat Seva Welfare Association

Our office for Unnayanbharat Seva Welfare Association is in the Akashdeep Building, Room F-1004. We are located at 26A Barakhamba Road, which is a pretty well-known spot in the city. Even though it's a large building, our particular space feels more like a small workshop than a corporate suite. We have a lot of windows that let in light, but mostly we are focused on the stacks of documents on our desks. Barakhamba Road is always crowded with people rushing to and fro, and sometimes we look down at the street and just watch the traffic for a minute. But then it’s back to work. We started this association because we wanted to be involved in welfare activities in a real way. We don't write big reports full of jargon. We just talk about what we’ve done and what needs to happen next. It's a bit of a climb to the tenth floor if the lift is busy, but we don't mind. The people who work here are all from different backgrounds, and we just get along and do the job. We don’t have a marketing department to tell us how to sound. We just speak our minds and try to be helpful. Our furniture is a bit mismatched, and the printer usually needs more ink, but the office is a place where things actually get finished. It’s our small hub in a very big building. We are just here doing our thing daily.
