Universal Medical Instrument

Our small office is located at 570 Janta Flats DDA in Badarpur. If you’re familiar with New Delhi 110044, you know it’s a packed area with a lot going on. We work out of one of the flats there. It isn’t a gleaming hospital wing or a high-tech lab. It’s a place where we keep our records and manage the medical instruments we handle. We’ve got shelves filled with boxes and a desk that usually has way too much paper on it. Dealing with medical gear means you have to be careful with the details, so we spend a lot of time double-checking things. The neighbors are mostly families, so it’s a grounded kind of place to work. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the street life in Badarpur, but we’re used to it by now. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to make sure the people who need these instruments get them without any fuss. It’s a lot of logistical work, talking to doctors or clinic staff and making sure everything is in order. It’s just a few of us here. We take our breaks at the local tea stall and then get back to it. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We might not have a fancy lobby, but we make sure the gear gets to where it belongs on time. It’s just us doing our part.
