We are located in Nehru Place, which everyone knows is one of the busiest spots in Delhi. Our office is at 403 in Building Number 88, which most people call Skipper Corner. It’s right near the HDFC Bank, so that’s usually how we tell people to find us when they get lost in the crowds. Being on the fourth floor means we have to wait for the elevators quite a bit, but it gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street level. We deal with construction machinery and all the paperwork that goes along with it. The office is usually piled high with catalogs, invoices, and technical manuals. It’s not a huge space, so things get a bit cramped when we have a few visitors at once. Phones are always ringing, and someone is usually talking to a site manager somewhere far away. It’s a lot of coordination. Nehru Place has a specific kind of energy—fast and a bit chaotic—and we’ve just blended into that over the years. We grab lunch from the local stalls downstairs or sometimes bring tiffins from home. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, just trying to make sure the equipment gets to where it needs to be on time. It’s a lot of logistics and staying on top of the details in a very busy city environment.
