UHL Pharma is based right in Janta Market in Rajouri Garden. If you’ve ever been to Rajouri, you know how busy the markets get. Our spot is right in the middle of all that action. It’s a small place but it stays very busy most days. We deal with pharmaceuticals and spend our time sorting through various products. The market can be very loud with people shouting and scooters zooming by, but we’re used to the chaos. Inside our shop, it’s a bit more organized, though we have boxes stacked up everywhere. We don't have any corporate slogans or anything like that. We are just a local business trying to make a living. Usually, we are busy checking stock or helping a customer who walked in looking for something specific. It gets a bit crowded when a new shipment arrives and we have to find space for everything. We've been in Rajouri Garden for some time and we know a lot of the other shopkeepers around here. It feels like a community. We don't have any fancy technology, just an old computer and some ledgers. Sometimes the rain leaks in a little near the door, but we just put a bucket down and keep going. We are just regular folks doing a regular job in a busy part of Delhi. A lot of people ask us how we handle the noise, but you just get used to it after the first few weeks. We are just here to do our bit.
