Triveni Medical Systems

Our place is at 7/120 in Ramesh Nagar, which is a pretty crowded part of New Delhi. The streets are narrow around here, so getting deliveries in and out can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We deal with medical systems, so the office is usually packed with boxes and specialized equipment. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy carpets or art on the walls. We have metal shelves lining most of the rooms to hold the inventory. Most of our day is spent checking orders or making sure the technicians have what they need before they head out. It gets quite hot in the summer, and the small AC unit in the back struggles to keep up. We have a small staff, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to moving crates. The neighborhood is full of small shops and houses, so there’s always people walking by. We’ve been here at this address for a while and the locals know us. We don’t have a big mission statement or a glossy brochure. We just try to get the medical gear to where it’s supposed to go without making too many mistakes. It’s a bit chaotic at times with all the boxes, but we know where everything is. We just keep things moving as best as we can every day, making sure the hospitals get their supplies.
