Our workshop is located in D Block of Ashok Nagar, at house number 699. We are very close to the Lalita Mandir, so if you can find the temple, you can find us pretty easily. It’s a busy neighborhood and there’s always something going on in the streets. Inside, we deal with a lot of electronics and technical parts. It’s the kind of place where you’ll see soldering irons, circuit boards, and wires spread out across the tables. We’ve been here in this part of Delhi for quite some time now. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many components stored in every corner, but we manage to find what we need. It’s mostly just a few of us working on repairs or putting things together. The lighting isn't always the best, but we have our desk lamps for the detailed work. Sometimes the noise from the temple festivals makes it hard to hear each other, but we are used to it by now. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the technical tasks in front of us. Most of our neighbors know what we do and stop by if they have a gadget that’s stopped working. It’s a practical, everyday kind of life here in Ashok Nagar. We have a small back room where we store all the heavy tools and the stuff that hasn't been touched in years. It’s a bit of a mess, but every business has a corner like that. The front area is where the real work happens, mostly under the glow of those bright work lights. We don't really do any advertising; the people who need us usually find us through the temple or by asking the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a humble way to run a company, but we’ve stayed in business this long so we must be doing something right. We just take each job as it comes and try to be honest about how long it’ll take.
