If you know the Dilshad Garden area, you probably know where the Laxmi Narayan Mandir is. Our place, Smd Electronics Private Limited, is located right near there in R Block. We are on the first floor, specifically at No. 42 A/13. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, but you still hear the local chatter from the street. The stairs up to our office are a bit narrow and steep. Once you’re inside, it’s mostly just desks and stacks of various electronic components. We have been here for a while, and the neighborhood feels very familiar to everyone on the team. Sometimes the power flickers during the summer, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that for visitors. It’s more of a workspace where we sit and focus on the technical details. The light coming through the front windows in the afternoon is actually quite nice for working. Usually, someone is making coffee in the back corner around three. We talk about the work as we go along, nothing too formal or planned. It’s a small group of us keeping things running. Most of our day is spent looking at parts or answering phone calls. Being near the temple means we get to hear the bells sometimes, which is a nice break from the hum of the machines. We just stay busy with the routine.
