Our place is located at H-184 in Kuarsingh Nagar, right near Nilothi More. At Trinetram Security Services, we spend our days making sure our clients have the people they need to watch their property. It’s a small operation, mostly run out of this one office. We have a lot of maps and schedules pinned to the walls so we can see where everyone is at. Nilothi More is a landmark everyone knows, so it’s easy for the guards to find us when they need to pick up their pay or get a new assignment. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still done with notebooks and pens. It works for us and we haven't had much reason to change it. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the window and keep working. We know most of our staff by their first names and their families too. It’s that kind of business. We aren't some corporate giant with a slick website. We’re just a local outfit trying to do right by the people who hire us. Sometimes things go wrong, a guard misses a bus or there’s a misunderstanding about a shift, and we just have to fix it as we go. That’s just life in the security business. We stay open late most days because that’s when the night shifts start and we have to make sure everyone is where they should be. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
