Times Institute Of Management & Technical Studies is located at D-470 on the lower ground floor in Dwarka Sector 7. We are very close to Ramphal Chowk in the Palam Extension area. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and traffic. Being on the lower ground floor means we have to go down a few steps to get into the office. The space is divided into a few rooms where we conduct our classes and handle the paperwork. It’s not a huge place, so we have to be careful not to leave too much stuff lying around in the hallways. We have basic plastic chairs and some wooden tables that have seen better days. The walls have some marks on them from moving the furniture around. We have a small computer lab area where the machines are a bit slow but they get the job done. The staff usually brings their own food and we eat together in the small cabin in the back. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have any fancy decorations or soft lighting. It’s just bright tube lights and fans. Sometimes the noise from the street carries down, but mostly it’s manageable. People from the neighborhood drop in to ask about the technical courses we offer. We just give them the information and show them around the rooms. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of operation for us.
